Cheating
We dont support any kinds of cheat or any other form for un-fair playing! Cheating on ikariam gives ban for a very long time! We prefer that you dosen't use it!
Tutorial
When you start you starts with a small city, that only contains a city hall in level one. And a pop-up window that says tutorial. It should look like this:
We prefer that you complete this tutorial, because by the way you'll get ressources. And at the end you'll get 10 ambrosia. And by the way you will learn stuff about ikariam.
After that you will have a city that should look something like this:
Building a city
You can build 3 kind of cities.
1. A city that dosen't have that much troops but instead it has a lot of scientists. This will make you ressearch fast and get new buildings.
2. A city that has many troops but not many scientists. This makes you able to get your ressources from other players instead of getting it from the mines, but that will give you many enemies.
3. A city that has many workers instead of scientists and troops. then you can faster get your buildings.
All of these kinds of cities are depending on each other! Because if you have no scientists and only workers then you can't get new buildings. We recommend that you mix city 1 and 3 with each other, and forgets everything about troops.
Economy
While building your town, and sets workers and scientists to work, you will begin to realise that they costs money. And that's right. every single inhabitant gives 4 gold to your city, but if they work they costs you gold. By
clicking on the gold icon in the left top of the page you can get into your economy page. When you are in then scroll down to the bottom where you can see how many gold pieces you get per 
hour.As you see i have -34 which is bad! Every hour from now i will lose 34 gold pieces. To stable this i even need to get more inhabitans or firing som workers. Troops dose also cost more money, and when you are attacking they cost double(More under 'Atacking').
Attacking
When you are attacking other players, all your troops will cost double as much as they normally do! When you have clicked on the pillage button this page will come up:
2. Here are you going to choose how many troops to send.
3. Here you are going to choose how many transport ships to send.
4. Here you can see how many ressources you can return from the attcaked city.
5. This shows how long the travel time would be.
6. How much your troops will cost extra.
After you have send your troops you can click the military button to see the details about your incomming fight.
When the fight/first round, is over you can see a detailed combat repport from the fight/round(How many deaths and such).
The black repport is a round repport(which means the fight is not finnished) and the green repport is a combat repport(Overall details, looses etc... The fight is now finnished).
